Updates for One X users from HTC
HTC has started rolling Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Indian users of One X soon after European counties as per previous commitments of the company. The update of One X over OTA carries bunch of perfections and various new features. HTC officially declared that the users who have HTC One X can update their old Android 4.0.4OS with new Android 4.0.4 version via OTA.

HTC One X comes with all Indian language support. HTC announced earlier that this Smartphone will support all the domestic Indian languages. HTC One X is outfitted with an updated version of Sense 4.0. It comes with HTC Sense 4.1 that facilitates the users to map the menu to the ‘recent app’ key. Before updating your mobile, it is important to make sure that you are using a right file. The mobile users must have a fast internet connection when they are updating their device.
When you are all set to update your device follow these steps Menu > Settings > About Phone > Software Update and then tap on Check at this time. After that HTC will communicate to HTC Servers and you will get a pop up message on your mobile regarding updating. You need to download all the associated files in your device. Then your phone will be restart automatically and finally you will get updated Android 4.0.4 version in your phone.
